Your Rockingham Electrician, Based Right Here in Town

Rockingham isn't just another suburb on our service list. It's home base. When you book us, you're getting an electrician who lives and works locally, not one travelling down the freeway from Perth. That means faster response times, honest advice from someone who knows the area, and workmanship to Australian Standards on every job. From beachside units near the foreshore to family homes in the growth estates, our licensed team (WA Electrical Contractor Licence EC15334) knows Rockingham's housing stock, local infrastructure and coastal conditions inside out, so every job is safe, compliant and done properly the first time.

Common Electrical Issues We Fix in Rockingham Homes

Rockingham stretches from original beachside suburbs built in the 60s and 70s to some of WA's fastest-growing estates, and that mix creates a distinct set of electrical problems we deal with every week:

Salt air corrosion

Homes near the foreshore, Palm Beach, Shoalwater and Point Peron cop constant salt-laden wind off Cockburn Sound. We regularly replace corroded outdoor power points, light fittings and meter box components on coastal properties, and fit coastal-rated replacements that last.

Ageing wiring in original suburbs

Much of central Rockingham, Cooloongup, Hillman and Waikiki was built between the 60s and 80s. We still find switchboards with ceramic fuses, no RCD protection, and original wiring that struggles with modern loads like air conditioning, induction cooktops and pool equipment.

Growth-corridor upgrades

Baldivis, Secret Harbour and Golden Bay are full of newer homes where owners want EV chargers, extra air conditioning circuits, smart wiring and security systems the builder never allowed for. We design and install these upgrades cleanly, without butchering a near-new home.

Storm-season outages

Winter fronts rolling in off the coast regularly knock out power across Rockingham. Because we're based locally, we're often first on the scene for storm damage, tripping RCDs after water ingress, and safety checks before power is restored.

Rental and compliance work

With a large rental market and Defence families rotating through HMAS Stirling, Rockingham landlords and property managers constantly need compliant smoke alarms, RCDs and safety certificates. We handle compliance work across the whole City of Rockingham.
